Returns and Refunds

Items are returnable for 7 days after the item is delivered. If 7 days has gone by, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Items must remain in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return. Security tag must also stay attached to the bag. All accessories in the delivery must also be included. Partial refunds may be granted if item is not in original condition or missing parts (not due to original shipping error). Once your item is returned in original condition, it will be inspected and you will receive an email with approval and refund within 24 hours. If item is not in original condition, you will receive an email with noted conditions and a partial refund within 24 hours.

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.
